1. Complaint(In Private):
The Committee continued its initial consideration of a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
2. Complaint:
Stephen Kerr MSP declared an interest in relation to having previously worked in the sphere of public affairs, the details of which are contained in the Registers of Interest.
The Committee announced its decision at Stage 3 on a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
3. Complaint(In Private):
The Committee considered and agreed its draft report.
