2. Cross-Party Group:

The Committee considered an application for recognition from the proposed Cross-Party Group on Heart and Circulatory Diseases, and took evidence from—

Colin Smyth, MSP, Scottish Parliament.

3. Cross-Party Group - approval:

The Committee agreed to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Heart and Circulatory Diseases.

4. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill :

The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2.

Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 were agreed to without amendment.

The long title was agreed to without amendment.

The Committee completed Stage 2 consideration of the Bill.
