The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.
2. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed that its consideration of complaint reports from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland should be taken in private at future meetings.
3. Elections Bill (UK Parliament legislation):
The Committee took evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6) 8 from—
George Adam, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Iain Hockenhull,Elections Bill Team Leader and Penny Curtis,Deputy Director, Elections and Freedom of Information Division, Scottish Government .
