The Committee agreed to consider its work programme in private at future meetings.
3. Social Security Programme: Audit Scotland report:
The Committee took evidence from—
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;
Kirsty Ridd, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland.
4. Subordinate legislation:
The Committee considered the following negative instrument— Council Tax Reduction and Council Tax (Discounts) (Miscellaneous Amendment) (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 2022.
The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.
5. Social Security Programme: Audit Scotland report:
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 3.
