Letter and report from Scottish Commission on Social Security, 1 October 2021
I am pleased to provide a copy of the Scottish Commission on Social Security’s scrutiny report on the Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations.
This report was prepared after Scottish Ministers formally referred the draft regulations to the Commission on 25 June 2021, in accordance with the ‘super- affirmative’ procedure outlined in section 97 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018.
A copy of the report has been submitted to the Minister for Social Security and Local Government and will be published on our temporary webpage once it has been laid in the Parliament.
We hope the Committee find this report helpful and we welcome your feedback.
We aim to make all of the information we publish fully accessible. However, when documents are provided by external organisations this is not always possible. If you need the document provided in an alternative format, please contact the clerk to the committee. Further information is available in our accessibility statement.
