The Committee took evidence from—

Erica Clarkson, Head of Island Policy and Communities, Nicola Crook, National Islands Plan Team Leader, Phil Raines, Deputy Director Rural Economy and Communities and Professor Francesco Sindico, Carbon Neutral Islands Team Leader, Scottish Government .

The Committee considered that the the following instrument had been laid under the appropriate procedure and agreed that the negative procedure was appropriate—
