1. The 2022/23 audit of the Scottish Prison Service (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report and agreed to consider a revised draft by correspondence.
2. Annual report (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024 and agreed to delegate to the Convener responsibility for finalising a draft report for publication.
