The Committee agreed to take agenda items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in private.

The Committee took evidence from—

The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and took further evidence from—

4. The 2022/23 audit of the Scottish Prison Service (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard on 14 March and 28 March 2024 and took further evidence from—

5. Decarbonising heat in homes (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard on 28 March 2024 and took further evidence from—

6. The 2022/23 audit of the Scottish Prison Service (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 4.
7. Decarbonising heat in homes (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 5 and agreed to close its scrutiny of the Decarbonising heat in homes report and in doing so, write to the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee and the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
8. The Auditor General for Scotland's Work Programme (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agreed to seek the views of other Parliamentary committees on the Auditor General for Scotland's draft work programme.
