The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda item 3 on 21 September 2023 and at its meeting today and agreed to write to Scottish Canals and Transport Scotland.

The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agreed its approach to future scrutiny of the report.

7. Work programme (In Private):

The Committee considered correspondence from the Auditor General for Scotland in relation to the briefing Scotland's colleges 2023 and agreed to take oral evidence from the Auditor General for Scotland at a future meeting.
