1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 3 and 4 in private.

2. Stocktake of Scottish Government transport policies and performance:

The Committee took evidence from—

Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Scottish Government;

Alison Irvine, Interim Chief Executive, Kerry Twyman, Director of Finance and Corporate Services and Fiona Brown, Interim Director of Transport Strategy and Analysis, Transport Scotland.

Monica Lennon declared an interest as a member of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers Parliamentary Group and a member of Unite the Union.

3. Stocktake of Scottish Government transport policies and performance (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

4. Land Reform (Scotland) Bill (In Private):

The Committee agreed some visits in connection with Stage 1 scrutiny of the Bill and agreed to further discuss Stage 1 visits and engagement at a future meeting.
