1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.
2. Determination of Committee priorities for this Session:
The Committee took evidence from—
Eilidh Mactaggart, Chief Executive and Willie Watt, Chair, Scottish National Investment Bank;
and then from—
Audrey MacIver, Director of Energy and Low Carbon, Highlands and Islands Enterprise;
Martin Valenti, Director of Net Zero and Claire Renton, Head of Area Operations, South of Scotland Enterprise;
Andy McDonald, Head of Low Carbon Transition and Ewan Mearns, Team Leader, Strategy, Scottish Enterprise.
3. Determination of Committee priorities for this Session (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting, and agreed to write to the Scottish National Investment Bank and the Enterprise Agencies to seek further information.
