The Committee took evidence on the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Incidental Provision) Regulations 2023 from—

Patrick Harvie, Minister for Zero Carbon Buildings, Active Travel and Tenants’ Rights , Poppy Prior, Lawyer and Yvonne Gavan, Team Leader, Housing Services and Rented Sector Reform Unit, Scottish Government .

4. Community Planning Inquiry: Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Community Empowerment Act 2015:

The Committee took evidence from—

The Committee agreed to re consider the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development and Use Classes) (Scotland) Miscellaneous Amendment Order 2023 at its meeting next week.
