1. Declaration of interests:

Ivan McKee MSP was invited to declare any relevant interests.

Ivan McKee MSP declared an interest as the owner of rental properties.

2. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 5 in private.

The Committee considered the following negative instruments—

Non-Domestic Rates (Transitional Relief) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/63)

Building (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2022 (Amendment) Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/65)
