1. Declaration of interests:
Marie McNair and Annie Wells were invited to declare any relevant interests. The following interests were declared—
Marie McNair declared an interest as a serving councillor on West Dunbartonshire Council and Annie Wells confirmed that she had no relevant interests to declare.
2. Non-Domestic Rates (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee agreed a stage 1 report.
Mark Griffin declared an interest as an owner of a private rental property.
3. Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee agreed a Stage 1 report on Part 4 of the Bill.
