The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Register of Interests) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2021
The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.
The Committee considered evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
The Committee considered its approach to the scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Budget 2022-23 and agreed its approach to taking evidence at future meetings.
