The Committee agreed to make no recommendation in relation to the instrument.

3. Scrutiny of proposed National Outcomes (in private):

The Committee agreed its approach.

4. Work programme (in private):

The Committee considered its future work programme.

The Committee agreed not to meet on 23 April, and to consider its future work programme and a draft report on phase 1 of its post-legislative scrutiny of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) Act 2013 in private at its meeting on 30 April.
