The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Minister for Public Health and Women's Health.

The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care.

6. Post-legislative scrutiny: Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012

The Committee will consider its approach to further scrutiny.
