1. Subordinate legislation:
The Committee considered the following negative instruments— National Health Service Pension Schemes (Remediable Service) (Scotland) Regulations 2023
Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023
The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments.
Emma Harper declared an interest as having previously been an NHS employee and member of an NHS pension scheme.
Carol Mochan declared an interest as having previously been an NHS employee and member of an NHS pension scheme.
Sandesh Gulhane declared an interest as a practising NHS GP and member of current and legacy NHS pension schemes.
Clare Haughey declared an interest as having previously been a member of an NHS pension scheme.
