The Committee agreed to take item 4 in private.

2. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee considered the following negative instrument— Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2022.

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.

3. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill :

The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

Patricia Cassidy, Chief Officer for Falkirk, Health and Social Care Scotland Chief Officers;

Nick Morris, Chair, NHS Board Chief Executives and Chairs;

Alison White, Convenor, Social Work Scotland;
