The Committee chose John Mason as Convener.
2. Scottish Government's public service reform programme:
The Committee took evidence from—
Antony Clark, Executive Director, Audit Scotland;
Professor John Connolly, Head of Department of Social Sciences, Glasgow Caledonian University;
Alison Payne, Research Director, Reform Scotland.
3. Work programme (In Private):
The Committee considered and agreed its work programme. The Committee also agreed to consider a proposed contingent liability in private at a future meeting.
