The Committee took evidence from—

David Oxley, Director of Strategic Projects, Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
3. Proposed Contingent Liability (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and agreed to approve the proposed contingent liability.
