1. Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill :
The Committee heard evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Rebecca Scarlett, Senior Policy and Information Officer, LEAD Scotland;
Andy Miller, Strategic Lead, Participation and Practice Lead, Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities;
Lee-Anne McAulay, Headteacher, New Struan School, representing Scottish Autism;
Jenny Miller, Chief Executive, PAMIS, representing the ALLIANCE;
and then from—
Dr Mairi Stark, Scottish Officer, Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health;
Dr Kandarp Joshi, Consultant, NHS Grampian and Vice Chair of Child and Adolescent Faculty, Royal College of Psychiatrists in Scotland;
Nicole Kane, Policy and Public Affairs Lead Scotland, Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
