The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.

2. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee heard evidence from—

Natalie Don, Minister for Children, Young People and Keeping the Promise, Brendan Rooney, Bill Manager, Shona Spence, Bill Professional Advisor and Jack Eykelbosch, Economic Advisor, Department for Children and Families, Scottish Government.

Liam Kerr MSP declared an interest as a practising solicitor.
