The Committee considered and made no comments on the following negative instruments— Teachers’ Superannuation and Pension Scheme (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 and the Teachers’ Pensions (Remediable Service) (Scotland) Regulations 2023.
