The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda items 1 and 2.
The Committee noted that it is taking evidence on the Cross-border Placements (Effect of Deprivation of Liberty Orders) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 from the Minister for Children and Young People at its meeting on 25 May, and agreed to schedule consideration of the motion to approve the regulations at its following meeting, on 1 June.
