The Committee took evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6-37) from—

Richard Lochhead, Minister for Small Business, Innovation, Tourism and Trade, and 

Chris Nicholson, Solicitor and Head of Branch, Constitutional Reform and External Affairs, Scottish Government .

3. Registers of Scotland:

The Committee took evidence from—

Jennifer Henderson, Keeper of the Registers of Scotland and Chris Kerr, Interim Accountable Officer and Registration and Policy Director, Registers of Scotland .

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 2 and agreed to consider a draft report in private at the next meeting.

The Committee considered its approach to post-legislative scrutiny and agreed to consider a further paper at a future meeting.
