1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private.
2. Scotland's supply chain:
The Committee took evidence from—
Ivan McKee, Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise, Graeme Cook,Deputy Director, Procurement Services, Carron Flockhart,Unit Head, Skills Planning and Sector Engagement, Andy Park, Head of Economics, Transport Strategy and Analysis and Dermot Rhatigan,Deputy Director Manufacturing and Industries, Scottish Government .
3. Scotland's supply chain (in private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and agreed to write to the Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise and to the Minister for Transport.
4. Trade (Australia and New Zealand) Bill and Procurement Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):
The Committee considered a draft report and agreed to consider the draft report again, in private, at its next meeting.
5. Broadband connectivity (in private):
The Committee considered correspondence received from the UK Minister of State for Data, Media and Digital Infrastructure and agreed to write to the Scottish Government and UK Government seeking further clarification.
