1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.
2. Financing the transition to Net Zero:
The Committee took evidence from—

Michael Cusack, Head of Sustainability & Business Transformation, ACS Clothing;
John Ferguson, Managing Director, Pi Polymer Recycling;
Paul O’Keeffe, Partner, Thomas Tosh;
Murray Whittaker, Director of Projects, Whittaker Engineering;
and then from—
Simon Crichton, Head of Relationship Management, Triodos Bank UK;
David Ovens, Joint Managing Director, Archangels;
Fraser Sime, Regional Director for SME & Mid Corporate, Bank of Scotland.
3. Financing the transition to Net Zero:
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and agreed to bring the evidence to the attention of the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee.
