The Committee agreed to take items 6, 7, 8 and 10 in private.

The Committee agreed to bring to the attention of the Parliament the following—

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

5. Document subject to parliamentary control:

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following— 

Scottish Public Services Ombudsman: Child-friendly Complaint Handling Statement of Principles (SPSO/2024/01)




6. Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2 and agreed to report to the Parliament.


7. Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum on the Bill. It agreed to report to the lead Committee, the Social Justice and Social Security Committee.


8. Victims and Prisoners Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the Legislative Consent Memorandum with regard to the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Bill.


9. Judicial Factors (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee took evidence, not before 09:45 am, from—
