4. Regulation of Legal Services (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft report via correspondence.

5. Quarterly report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 13 May to 22 September 2023 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
