4. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

5. Quarterly Report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 23 September to 8 December 2022 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
