The Committee took evidence from—

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

5. Wildlife Management and Muirburn (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Scottish Government.

6. Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting and agreed to write to the Scottish Law Commission and to the Lord President's Private Office.
