3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure:

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

The Dentists, Dental Care Professionals, Nurses, Nursing Associates and Midwives (International Registrations) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/Draft)

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Provision of Service Information) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/358)


5. Disabled Children and Young People (Transitions to Adulthood) (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the response received from the Member-in-charge to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and correspondence from the Scottish Government and agreed to report to the Education, Children and Young People Committee.


6. Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
