The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2 and agreed to write to the UK Government.
The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and copy the letter to the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee.
The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed a report to the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee. Oliver Mundell dissented to the report and its recommendations.
