The Committee considered the response received from the Scottish Government on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to report to the Rural Affairs, Islands and Natural Environment Committee.
The Committee considered the delegated power conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Cultural Objects (Protection from Seizure) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) and agreed to report to the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee.
The Committee considered a power conferred on UK Ministers to make subordinate legislation in devolved areas in the Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Bill. The Committee agreed to report to the Criminal Justice Committee and also write to the Scottish Government.
