2. Subordinate legislation:

Russell Findlay moved—

S6M-11817—That the Criminal Justice Committee recommends that the Gender Recognition (Disclosure of Information) (Scotland) Order 2023 (SSI 2023/364) be annulled.

S6M-11816—That the Criminal Justice Committee recommends that the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2023 (SSI 2023/366) be annulled.

The motions were, with the agreement of the Committee, withdrawn.

The Committee considered the following negative instrument—

Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023 (SSI 2023/369)

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.
