The Committee took evidence from—

2. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill:
The Committee took evidence on parts 5 and 6 of the Bill at Stage 1 from—
The Right Honourable Dorothy Bain KC, Lord Advocate;
and then from—
David Fraser, Executive Director Court Operations and Danielle McLaughlin, Head of the Lord Justice Clerk’s Review, Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.
3. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee agreed to defer consideration of the evidence heard under agenda item 2 to a future meeting.
