1. Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation):
The Committee took evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6)27 from—
Keith Brown, Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Veterans, Helen Nisbet, Deputy Director for Defence, Security and Cyber Resilience and Nicholas Duffy, Senior Principal Legal Officer, Scottish Government .
2. Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill (UK Parliament legislation):
The Committee agreed to defer consideration of the legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6)27 to a future meeting.
3. Policing and mental health:
The Committee considered evidence provided by police officers and recent correspondence on policing and mental health. The Committee agreed to write to Police Scotland, the Scottish Police Authority and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
4. Correspondence:
The Committee considered recent correspondence.
5. Pre-Budget Scrutiny (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
