1. Decision on taking business in private:
The Committee agreed to take item 5 in private.
2. Recovery of NHS dental services:
The Committee took evidence from—
Jenni Minto, Minister for Public Health and Women's Health, Tom Ferris, Chief Dental Officer, Deputy Director Dentistry, Optometry and Audiology Division and David Notman, Unit Head for Dentistry, Optometry and Audiology Division, Scottish Government .
3. Annual reports:
The Committee considered its annual reports for the parliamentary years from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2023 and 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024. Various changes were agreed to, and the reports were agreed for publication.
4. Consideration of evidence (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and agreed a draft letter to the Scottish Government.
5. Legacy paper (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft legacy paper. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
