The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.
2. Continuity Act Draft Annual Report:
The Committee took evidence from—
Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, George Macpherson, Head of EU Policy and Alignment and Rosemary Greenhill, Regulatory Team Leader from Drinking Water Quality, Scottish Government ;
Lorraine Walkinshaw, Lawyer, Scottish Government Legal Directorate.
3. Scotland's Census:
The Committee considered and agreed a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture.
