The Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee has considered the above named regulations and agreed that Scottish Ministers should proceed to notify the UK Government of their decision to consent to the provisions being included in “The UK Statistics (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021” to be made by UK Ministers.
