2. Choice of Deputy Chair
The Commission chose Jamie Greene as Deputy Chair.
3. Audit Scotland Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 March 2024 and Auditor's Report on the Accounts:
The Commission took evidence from—
Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;
Professor Alan Alexander, Chair of the Board, Vicki Bibby, Chief Operating Officer, Stuart Dennis, Corporate Finance Manager and Martin Walker, Director Corporate Support, Audit Scotland;
and then from—
David Jeffcoat, Partner and Jillian So, Manager, Alexander Sloan.
4. Quality of Public Audit in Scotland Annual Report 2023/24:
The Commission took evidence from—
