The Ingram Family from Logie Durno, Inverurie, Secure the Overall Champion and Reserve Titles in the Charollais Section at the Royal Highland Show

That the Parliament congratulates the Ingram family from Logie Durno, Inverurie, on securing the overall champion and reserve titles in the Charollais section at the Royal Highland Show; notes that the sheep lines boasted a total catalogued entry of 2,218; understands that the family runs 5,200 ewes in all, including 20 pure Charollais ewes between its Loanhead and Logie Durno flocks, and that the champion Charollais was a home-bred ewe from its Loanhead flock, an AI daughter of Boyo Vancouver; commends the Ingrams for winning the reserve rosette for their ewe lamb and the male championship, with a ram lamb as well as the reserve male title, with a home-bred shearling, and wishes the Ingram family further success for the future.
