That the Parliament congratulates Glasgow Warriors on winning the United Rugby Championship; understands that the Glasgow Warriors triumphed in the championship final over South African side Bulls at its home, Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria; recognises that the final was hard fought, with the Warriors coming back from 13-0 in the first 40 minutes to winning 12-16 in the second half, with the additional challenges of playing at high altitude, as Loftus famously sits at 1,350m above sea level, in front of 52,000 fans; hopes that the team and supporters enjoy the celebrations at the Champions Homecoming at Scotstoun; congratulates the head coach, Franco Smith, and all of the players and support staff for what it sees as a fantastic achievement, and wishes them all the best as they continue to build upon their success.
