Holly Burke Takes Curling to Olympic Level

That the Parliament congratulates 16-year-old Holly Burke, who has been selected to represent Team GB in the 2024 Winter Youth Olympics in South Korea; understands that Holly will represent Great Britain in the Mixed Rink in Gangwon, having been inspired by the Olympics of 2018 to get into curling; further understands that Holly has represented Scotland at the National Junior Curling Tournament mixed doubles, and has placed third in the Scottish Junior Championships in both 2022 and 2023; considers that Holly has excelled at selection and achieved sporting excellence while balancing her studies and a part-time job, and wishes Holly and Team GB every success at the Gangwon 2024 Winter Youth Olympics.
