That the Parliament applauds the volunteers who, it believes, make the TClub Special Needs Tuesday Club such a successful, loved and vital community project in the Banffshire and Buchan Coast town of Peterhead, providing a safe space, respite, companionship, support and fun to the disabled community in Buchan.
