Bearsden North Resident Wins Gold Medal at Scottish National Masters Curling Championships

That the Parliament congratulates Bearsden North resident, Angus Storrie, on winning gold as part of the Team Sharp rink from Greenacres at the Scottish National Masters Curling Championships; understands that the competition is for curlers over the age of 60 and that originally, there were more than 30 teams at the qualifying stages before the main competition, including former national and world champions; notes that the final took place at 2.00 pm on 3 February 2024 between Team Clark from Ayr and Team Sharp from Greenacres with a 6 – 5 win to Team Sharp; congratulates Angus on his excellent success as part of the team, and wishes him all the best.
