- scrutinising the Scottish Government’s policies and progress towards meeting climate change targets across all government departments

- net zero and circular economy
- most environmental policy

Legislation
The Scottish Parliament agreed to the general principles of the Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill. The Committee will consider the Bill at Stage 2 at its meetings on 7 and 14 May.
The Land Reform (Scotland) Bill was introduced on 13 March and has been referred to the Committee for Stage 1 scrutiny. The Committee will consider its approach to oral evidence taking and visits at a future meeting.
